Immediately striking about Iboya’s working method is the love for her profession, which she conveys by sharing her enthusiasm and above all knowledge. Personally I find it interesting that Iboya is based on the natural balance in the [female] body and her exercises respond in a logical way to the needs of my body.
She uses few weights and equipment, which makes me aware of how I can train myself more quickly. This autonomous part of the training is also due to the creativity that is in her training. Iboya does not think in terms of existing patterns, but is in constant motion. Her classes are concentrated and intensive and Iboya has brought me to a higher level in a short time.
I have been taking Yoga classes for years and am therefore already aware of my body at a fairly high level before I started at Iboya. I certainly will not lose sight of her.
