I hereby write to you a reference and recommend the work of Iboya Triz as a personal trainer. I have had a workout from Iboya about once or twice a week for the past few months. When I started training my posture was very bad. I have a hollow back, overextended knees and my abdominal muscles were not too well developed.
I have had several tips and training methods from Iboya to get a better posture and better muscle development. Iboya explained well and clearly how and why I could use certain exercises. She could stimulate me well and corrected me with every movement, if I did not do it right!
My attitude has definitely improved in recent times and I have gained more confidence thanks to Iboya’s lessons!
