About Iboya Triz
I am Iboya Triz, a nutrition expert, lifestyle coach, and holistic functional medicine therapist. After my career in dance and musical theatre, I suffered a whiplash at the age of 31, followed by a stroke and a severe burnout. Over the years, I consulted numerous specialists, yet true recovery remained out of reach and my health continued to decline.
That moment marked a turning point. I decided to take full responsibility for my health and immersed myself in extensive studies across nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and functional health. I came to realize that sustainable results are only possible when essential bodily functions are optimized through a truly holistic approach. This insight became the foundation of my own method.
My method is a holistic, medically grounded approach that aligns the three core pillars of health — nutrition, effective movement, and mental balance — while going far beyond the basics. It is the depth within each pillar, and the way they reinforce one another, that creates profound, lasting transformation.
