Ik train nu zes maanden met Iboya en ik ben super tevreden.

Ik kwam met wat terughoudendheid binnen, moet ik toegeven; heb ik wel zin in zo’n schreeuwende personal trainer? En wat moet ik tussen de modellen?

Maar nu ben ik helemaal om. Iboya schreeuwt niet, al is ze wel prettig streng. Het fijne is dat ze altijd goed uitlegt wat het effect is van een oefening en waarom die goed is voor mij. Ik zit veel beter in mijn vel en kan mezelf nu corrigeren in het dagelijks leven, op de fiets, op mijn bureaustoel of in de supermarkt.

Iboya begon met de aanpak van een oude blessure in mijn heup door steeds goed af te stemmen op mijn pijnreactie en er als het ware ‘omheen’ te trainen. Bovendien leerde ze me welke spieren ik moet blijven stretchen. Iboya kan je lichaam ‘lezen’, daar is ze heel professioneel in.

Nu die blessure is opgelost, komen we echt toe aan krachttraining – en tot mijn verbazing vind ik het hartstikke leuk. Ik blijf dus nog even doorgaan!

Ik heb vele manieren van sporten uitgeprobeerd, maar trainen bij Iboyatraining is tot nu de meest effectieve van allemaal. Elke les laat ze me hard werken, waardoor ik spieren voel waarvan ik niet wist dat ik ze heb! Ik voel mijn lichaam veranderen en slanker worden na elke training’

Thank you for sending this information through. I will read through it (with my Dutch dictionary) and if I have any questions I will ask you.

Thank you so much for your personal training over the last few months. I am really happy with the results, my body is in the best shape it has ever been in and I didn’t have to run 10 kilometres a day!! The most important thing that you taught me, was about technique and through this I have accessed and exercised muscles in my body I did not know existed.

The thing which I learnt the most is that I don’t have to do 100 sit ups a day, 100 push ups a day and run for kilometres to have a fit, sculpted body. It is about working smarter and not fanatically harder. Fundamentally, it is all about technique, doing certain excercises properly.

Through your exercises my body is more sculpted, it’s stronger, I have lost nearly 3 kilos and my bottom is the tightest it has ever been.

In terms of my body now, I have never felt so toned and confident and I can’t thank you enough!

Hi Iboya,

The personal training I had with you helped me in many different ways. I started it when I suffered from PTSD and was not undergoing any professional treatment at that time. I had serious difficulties concentrating.

With the training, you taught me how to concentrate on my body, which, ultimately helped me improve my concentration in general. I love dancing and in your training you use a lot of techniques and elements from ballet. This is one main reason why I enjoyed the training a lot.

I learned from you how to control my body, the core of my body in particular, which is a technique I still use in any type of sport now. It makes me much more efficient even when I bike. It improved my body posture and now I even walk using the technique I trained with you. It makes my walking posture much more beautiful, but more importantly increases my confidence level in general.

You thaught me how to calm down and relax when I am under a lot of stress, something that I still use in my busy life. And last but not least, my physical stamina increased significantly as a result of the training.

You helped me a lot in a number of different ways through the personal training in a moment that was very difficult for me. For all that I am tremendously thankful!

I wish you a lot of success in your future work and I will really miss our training sessions.
